Everything was easy and straightforward thanks to the realtor. From the viewing up to the bidding, every process was handled professionally.

As a first-time buyer in a foreign country, I had hoped for more support and guidance from Hoen Makelaars. Looking back, I feel that the advice I received didn’t always reflect my best interests. Some properties we dismissed now seem like better options, while concerns I raised after the technical inspection were downplayed - concerns that have since proven valid. Overall, the service didn’t justify the cost, and I would have expected more critical guidance, transparency, and genuine advocacy - particularly for someone new to the country and local market.
