Wij hebben een nieuwe woning gekocht en daarna direct onze oude woning verkocht. Een ingewikkelde opdracht dus, die veel aandacht en expertise vergde. Het hele B&S team, van onze makelaars Bas en Esther tot Samantha op kantoor, hebben ons heel erg goed geholpen en begeleid. Zowel bij de aankoop als bij de verkoop is alles vlot verlopen en goed geregeld, van het maken van de foto's tot het ondertekenen bij de notaris. Onze vragen zijn altijd snel en duidelijk beantwoord. Ook onze verzoeken zijn tijdig en op een goede (en vriendlijke!) manier door het B&S team opgepakt. Een echte aanrader!
We bought a new home and then sold our old home immediately afterwards. This was therefore a relatively complicated assignment that required a lot of attention and expertise. The entire B&S team, from our agents Bas and Esther to Samantha in the office, helped us through the entire process. Both with the purchase and the sale, everything was smooth and well organised, from taking the initial photos to the final signing at the notary. Our questions were always answered quickly and clearly, and our requests were also handled in a timely (and friendly!) manner by the B&S team. Highly recommended!
