Ontzettend fijn om een makelaar te hebben die je blindelings kan vertrouwen en die dingen regelt en oplost en daarmee het hele proces leuk maakt in plaats van stressvol en ingewikkeld. Ben echt perfect geholpen met alles, van de VvE tot de notaris, van de fotos tot de styling, van het opknappen tot het schoonmaken, voor alles had ze de juiste, vlotte en handige oplossing. Stephanie snapt precies wat er moet gebeuren en doet dat ontzettend goed.

Had me geen betere makelaar kunnen voorstellen. Het proactief oppakken van alles en de manier van communicatie hierover gaf mij veel vertrouwen. Ik kom zeker terug wanneer ik weer een makelaar nodig heb.

Area heeft precies de juiste combinatie van kundigheid, klantgerichtheid en een persoonlijke aanpak in huis. Het is niet voor niets dat we al twee huizen met Area hebben verkocht èn aangekocht. De samenwerking bevalt goed, het is (bijna) jammer dat die erop zit!
