We zijn echt geweldig geholpen door Amstervastgoed bij het vinden van onze allereerste koopwoning. Vanaf het 1e moment voelde de samenwerking met Joshua, Luna en Hidde heel prettig. Ze waren super proactief in onze zoektocht, gingen mee naar bezichtigingen en gaven elke keer scherpe, eerlijke en super bruikbare input. Geen gedoe of verkooppraatjes maar fijne, eerlijke begeleiding! Als iets geen goed idee was, hoorden we dat meteen. En als het juist een voltreffer was, dan zeiden ze dat ook. Wat we vooral fijn vonden, is dat ze heel realistisch waren over de biedingen en de Amsterdamse markt in het algemeen. Ze kennen echt alle ins en outs. Daardoor hebben we veel sneller dan verwacht een plek gevonden die we anders nooit hadden gespot. Luna, Hidde & Joshua: enorm bedankt voor jullie enthousiasme, betrokkenheid en kennis. Zonder jullie was dit nooit gelukt.

Goed bereikbaar in de communicatie ook in het weekend. Deskundig over het doen van het bod op het huis. Erg blij mee!

I had a fantastic experience working with them! They were always on top of every detail and made sure all the paperwork was handled quickly and correctly. Their constant communication with me and the other parties involved in the purchase made the whole process so smooth and free of stress! To give an example, I was on holidays when we had to place an offer and they took care of everything for me while I was on the beach. When I had to be back at work, they took care of passing down all the necessary information to the notary, my financial advisors and other parties. As my abilities with dutch are limited, they also took care of making sure that I understood everything that was detailed in the many (may) documents that need to be reviewed when buying a house. They kept me updated on every step of the way, and they answered all my questions right away. I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home! They are also super nice and friendly.

Joshua was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Also, he’s very handsome 😀 I highly recommend.
