I would recommend Hein at Voortman &Fransen. He was extremely thorough in his assessment of the apartment before taking on the sale- going further than other makelaars i spoke to for example in establishing the position of the VVE, neighbours and anything else that could affect the sale/price. He also gave good advice about how to prepare the apartment for sale. Hein provided good advice throughout the sale itself, I felt i was well informed and we communicated well throughout the sale during a process in which many similar apartments were on the market which could have been difficult
