Very professional! Sale price valuation was higher than expected, i was apprehensive whether this could be achieved but the Agent was confident and the selling price exceeded my expectations. Service Brantjes Makelaarskantoor was goed. Behandelend makelaar zelf heeft ons echter foute verkoopprijs van recentelijk verkochte aanleunende woning doorgegeven (2 onder 1 kap), waardoor wij onze vraagprijs op zijn advies hebben verlaagd. Achteraf hadden we dus meer kunnen vragen. Zowel wij, als de buurman, die de aanleunende woning heeft gekocht, voelen ons enigszins bekocht.
