De aankoop is zeker aan hem te danken. Hij kan waardes goed inschatten en onderbouwt zijn keuzes. Daarnaast laat hij ook weten wanneer er nadelen zijn bij een woning. Hierdoor kwamen wij meerdere keren tot een weloverwogen beslissing. Hij zet zich volledig in gedurende het hele proces. Naast het vormen van een bod heeft hij op meerdere vlakken een belangrijke rol gespeeld voor ons.

Michiel was available whenever I had a question and was very organized in the process and communication. He helped a lot with negotiating the purchase price and everything worked as he had foreseen. Highly recommended!
