Tjade Wijga is de makelaar die wij hebben leren kennen toen hij ons heeft bijgestaan met de verkoop van het huis van onze moeder. Hij heeft ons door diverse gecompliceerde familiesituaties geloodst en de verkoop is goed afgehandeld. Daarna heeft hij ons als aankoopmakelaar geholpen met de aankoop van ons nieuwe huis en vervolgens met de verkoop van ons oude huis. Hij gaf (gevraagd en ongevraagd) goede adviezen en heeft ons meerdere keren geholpen als wij weer eens vastliepen in het papierwerk. Ook de onderhandelingen verliepen goed. De contacten met overige personeelsleden van Van Eijk waren eveneens plezierig en correct.

Vanuit het buitenland begon de zoektocht naar een nieuwe woning. Binnen 2 maanden was de koop rond dankzij de uitstekende begeleiding van de makelaar en het team.
