Langezaal NVM Makelaars

Linda was an excellent makelaar. Really helpful throughout the whole process but was especially knowledgeable during the bidding process and gave some excellent advice to us. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Dankzij Langezaal makelaars was deze spannende zoektocht en aankoop veel duidelijker en minder stressvol. Marloes van Daalen heeft ons ontzettend goed geholpen - fijne communicatie, oog voor ons en ons gezin, doortastend advies… zonder haar was het niet gelukt! Zeker aan te raden!

We paid Langezaal 4000euros for their service but got no much help worth the price paid. The house was found by us and we requested the viewing (involved the agent to ask appropriate questions and read the documents and inform us but none of this was done). On pressurizing the agent, got into negotiation with the seller agent which resulted in reducing the buying price. Got no help from the agent regarding the property to get details like the base fund(VvE) of the building, etc. Notary also was something we asked friends and then reached out to the agent, after which he worked on getting the appointment for it.
