I would recommend this agent.
We found Iwan to be a very reliable agent. We had a good first meeting where our needs and wishes were asked. Consequently, Iwan was flexible with changes made to the wishlist and accompanied us to several viewings and provided sound feedback right after. He also helped us with reading through property documents and helped us with the negotiations thereafter. Iwan has a friendly mannerism and a great approachability factor. His flexibility made it easy to schedule viewings. We are very happy with the service provided by Iwan.
