I would not recommend this agent.
As an international buyer, I found the service better suited to local clients who already understand the Dutch housing market and processes. I would have expected more guidance, clearer explanations, empathy and more proactive support throughout the selling journey. For international clients, there is significant room for improvement.

Mijn verwachtingen waren zeer hoog, maar blijkt toch anders te werken in de praktijk Grillige markt, maar gelukkig toch verkocht met dank aan Hugtenburg en de vries
