As a foreigner I had a very positive experience with MVM Haarlem. From the very first meetings the makelaar Nienke Veenema was friendly, very knowledgeable of the local market and of the new development projects in the area. She had a very clear understanding on how to position the house and assisted me at the initial stage. Because it was holiday season then Lucas Verbeem took over and actually brought the process forward, taking care of viewings and of the selling part and then eventually of the closing. With both Nienke and Lucas communication was always optimal, making sure they kept me informed and explained all the different stages of the process. The agency has a platform making sure that all documents are stored and no information is lost in the process. Kudos to the administration workers at the agency as well who were always happy to keep me informed, answered my questions and explained the process. The dealing with the company felt always personal even with the administration. For a non Dutch individual and not speaking Dutch the language barrier was never an issue either. Thank you very much for your help and the smooth process. I would highly recommend MVM to any foreigner or Dutch person alike
