Philip heeft ons supergoed geholpen: hij heeft een goede kennis van de markt in Haarlem en een goed netwerk wat helpt bij het inschatten van de markt. Hij verzorgde onze aankoop terwijl wij in het buitenland zaten en reageerde altijd snel op elke vraag die we hadden, zodat we altijd wisten waar we aan toe waren, ondanks het tijdsverschil. Uiteindelijk hebben we in een lastige markt een mooi huis weten te kopen voor een goede prijs.

They informed us about the process of buying a house, and what to pay attention to during the process. They were also available for any questions we had and responded quickly. They attended some of the viewings with us and showed us what to look for when assessing the quality of the house. We also were not alone when deciding what to offer for a house, as they gave us some insights on the actual value compared to the asking price and guided us on the bidding. When we won a bid on a house we liked, they arranged the appraisal and the technical inspection. Overall, they made the process of buying a house much easier for us.
