Ik had al een huis op het oog en heb toen snel contact opgenomen met Philip. Hij was gelukkig beschikbaar en zeer snel in de communicatie via watsapp. Ik ben zeer tevreden over de hulp en het contact.

Razendsnel een woning dankzij de hulp van Phil! Binnen 3 bezichtigingen een woning gevonden en gekocht, zelfs in deze moeilijke markt. Vooral de hulp van Phil in het onderhandelproces was heel waardevol. Would recommend!

Nothing I say would be enough about Phil’s professionalism, knowledge within the industry and the way he treats his clients. He has high integrity, is very conscientious and tenacious. He is a great listener, therefore understands his client’s needs easily and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet set objectives…. On the other hand, when I was struggling with finding what’s best for my family, he recommended options, which I did not consider, but found very interesting. Being an expat I highly appreciated him taking care of negotiations, technical inspections, and all other nuances of the purchasing process, advisory and help in understanding of the contract. Being a mum I appreciated his respect for the opinion of my kids and his understanding of their needs. Phil is extremely responsive to questions, often responding off the working hours, and always in his kind and very supportive manner. It’s been a great pleasure working with Phil and we love the place, which he helped in becoming our new home! 🏡
