Philip did a great job of securing us a new house in Haarlem. He is an expert in the area and knows the market really well. He was able to even negotiate the price of the house down a bit. We really enjoyed working together - the communication was fast and efficient. Highly recommend đź‘Ť

Phil was brilliant! He supported our house search, attended viewings with us and offered invaluable insights. He was closely involved in the bidding process, which helped us secure the house with our first offer. In short: highly helpful, engaged, accessible and well‑connected — everything you want in Haarlem!
