Working with Philip was an absolutely outstanding experience. In such a competitive market like Haarlem, buying a house felt almost impossible at times - but thanks to him, we made it happen!
From the very first step to the final signing, Philip was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and proactive. He guided us through every stage of the process with clarity and confidence, always making sure we understood our options. What really made the difference were his strategic insights and tailored suggestions during the bidding process. In a situation with many competing buyers, his advice helped us stand out - and ultimately win!
We genuinely believe we would not have succeeded without him. If you’re looking for someone who is not only highly skilled but also truly invested in your success, Philip is the person you want by your side!
