I had a pretty good experience with the makelaar. Earlier I searched properties without a makelaar but found it very difficult to purchase. With my interactions with different makelaars, I found Reinerie very professional and contacted them to understand more on their process as a purchase agent. I was connected with Joris who is a gentleman, very polite and understanding. Joris understood my requirements properly and accompanied me in the viewings to give me good insights of the property. He also helped in the bidding so that we make a reasonable bid. Although its a difficult market to buy house, still with quick actions and continuous engagement, we were able to win the bid. We hebben zelf ons zoekgebied uitgebreid, waardoor het soms lastiger was om met onze makelaar samen naar bezichtigingen te gaan. We met Joris Moen in few of Reinere properties viewing and later we got connected with Reinere for the purchase agent. We found him very knowledgable and calm. Reinere agency is very helpful scheduling the viewings on time, most of time Joris was available and in his absense Marc. Marc is also very good broker. Joris & Marc always gives frank opinion about the houses, background of residential areas. What I like most is they guided us if a particular house is good for our family or not. For the bidding we always discuss together about the fair and emotional value for the home and bid accordingly. Very important about bidding is if we wanted to bid, no pushing for the bidding.
