Since I work full-time and often cannot take phone calls during the day, being able to ask questions anytime via WhatsApp was incredibly convenient.
When a question required a more detailed explanation, they would follow up with a phone call or a well-written email—usually the same day or the next. Their explanations were always polite, professional, and easy to understand, even for someone unfamiliar with the Dutch property market. I truly appreciated their expertise and willingness to support me every step of the way.
In addition to their excellent guidance, they also helped negotiate the price of the property, and I was able to purchase it at a price I was very satisfied with. Of course, this may not always be possible depending on the property, and I do not want to focus solely on the final price. What mattered most to me was that they provided appropriate and timely explanations to someone unfamiliar with the process—and did so consistently.
For all these reasons, I can confidently give Habets Makelaardij the highest possible rating and would warmly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.
