Incredible service since the first contact. Always very straight forward, fees with no surprises (the classic example: not announced VAT at the end), great guidance and market recommendations. Amazing professional photos. I had to sell my apartment from distance and Mathijs made everything to run smoothly since the viewings, talking to tenant, arranging all documents for the notarie, etc. No words can express my feelings. Uitstekende ervaring met Mathijs. Ik heb veel aan zijn hulp gehad, vooral omdat de verkoop van mijn huis uitdagender bleek dan verwacht. Mathijs hield me voortdurend op de hoogte, gaf waardevol advies en liet me altijd de ruimte om zelf beslissingen te nemen.
