Hey! Makelaars (Matthijs and Gazelle) were very helpful since Day 1. They always respond to questions and they answer it clearly and in detail. Matthijs, being an Engineer too, knows his stuff very well. With his engineering background, he can also give you a lot of tips regarding the house that you are buying. They make sure that you are well prepared in terms of what to check during the viewing, how to make a decent offer, and up until the notary signing, they make sure you have everything you need.
