ik kon ieder dag mijn makelaar bereiken alles werd op de dag geregeld niks werd uitgesteld. Er werd meegedacht zowel in z'n voor als nadeel van keuzes wat heel fijn is als je ergens over twijfelt. Dus zeker een aanrader voor de rest van de wereld en ik zal zeker in de toekomst als ik nog wat nodig zal hebben terugkomen bij grift & gracht.

Een makelaar die geen enkele uitdaging uit de weg gaat. Initieel waren wij door een andere makelaar afgewezen, omdat zij vonden dat onze wensen en het (kleine) budget dat we konden inbrengen geen kans zou maken. Robin dacht daar anders over en hij wilde graag met ons de (complexe) zoektocht aangaan - en met succes! In 5 weken tijd 2x een bod gewonnen in Utrecht! Uiteindelijk hebben wij, dankzij hem, een prachtig appartement dichtbij de Vecht kunnen kopen. Naast zijn scherpe inzicht is Robin ook een fijne makelaar om mee samen te werken. Hij is erg betrokken, reageert snel en creëert een prettige sfeer. De bezichtigingen waren deskundig (inclusief bouwadvies), goed voorbereid en daarnaast vooral gezellig. In de korte tijd die je bij een bezichtiging hebt, wist hij ons alles over het huis te vertellen en de juiste informatie bij de verkoopmakelaar los te krijgen. Kortom: een geweldige samenwerking met Robin — iemand die echt meedenkt en het verschil maakt.
