I met Onno during one of the house viewing where he was the selling agent. I did not like the property but I sure did enjoy his style and knowledge as an agent. So I directly asked him to be my buying agent. The service and professionalism is perfect for me and they are always very responsive even outside office hours. For an expat like me, their perfect English communication and their knowledge about the local market makes the whole experience a lot easier than expected. That, plus their experience in not only the housing market, but also in the materials, constructions, policy and decoration, helped me to get an apartment that I am extremely happy with. I would definitely recommend them to everyone, especially those who are an expat like me.
