Our house was sold in 1 day with an overbid of 10% and was evaluated at the start by Nieuw Makelaar 5% higher than elsewhere. Nieuw! Commission was 1% inclusive of VAT and all costs (professional photography, meetrapport). The house was fully renovated and in a nice location in Amsterdam, but we could not imagine a sale process smoother and faster than this.
