They were good at helping us to get appointments for viewing when we needed. They were fast in their responses. During 8 months house search, we offered perhaps 10 houses and they worked really good for every offer process. We did not need to do connection between them and our financial advisor, they already worked as a team which makes our job easier as well. House buying process can be stressful sometimes but with a good real estate agency who knows the market well made our work easier.

Merel is een zeer vaardige makelaar, mede door haar achtergrond als taxateur. Makkelijk te bereiken en duidelijk in de communicatie.

Wij hebben ons huis gekocht met hulp van Roba en Roos en zijn zeer tevreden. Het team is professioneel, vriendelijk en deskundig. Ze hielden ons constant op de hoogte en waren altijd beschikbaar voor vragen. Tijdens de onderhandelingen behartigden ze onze belangen uitstekend en ging het schakelen erg snel. We raden Roba en Roos van harte aan aan iedereen die een makelaar zoekt. Bedankt, Roba en Roos, zonder jullie waren we nog zoekende geweest!

Our work with Roba is a showcase of her amazing expertise. I was looking for a house to buy about a year with another real-estate agency. With lots of viewings and unsuccessful offers. I ended my contract with them and started to work with Roba as my neighbor referred her. Then guess what? We bought a place in the 2nd viewing! Just like that!!! She's friendly and takes her job serious and makes sure that everything is going well. I've chosen 8 for communication for two reasons: First, before placing a bid, not everything has been checked with us. The other thing in the first notary appointment, instead of Roba we had her colleague. She was also great but a bit angry with us for no reason :)) In overall, I highly recommend the Living Real Estate if you want to buy a place in Amsterdam in a short time. It looks impossible with this market but they made it possible for my family <3
