Contact met Paul Gaikhorst van Damstad makelaar was zeer prettig, persoonlijk en goed afgestemd. Voelde goed aan wat onze behoefte was en speelde daarop in. Bewaarde de rust, ook in spannende tijden van het koop-proces. Je betaalt wel het nodige voor verleende diensten, maar dan heb je ook wat. Zou Damstad zeker aanraden.

Hoewel het eerste bod dat we uitbrachten te zwak was, heeft Damstad mijn feedback goed verwerkt en uiteindelijk een winnend bod gedaan. Dank daarvoor. De communicatie was zeer goed.
