I had the pleasure of working with Danique from Mokum Makelaardij. It was an absolute pleasure, Danique has a great understanding of the market in Amsterdam, she helped with negotiations, connections, and advice throughout the process. Danique is extremely professional, she's always on time, always responsive, and always aware of the dates of the whole process of purchasing a home. I also appreciate Danique directness and professional advice, she won't sugarcoat things and keep things realistic, which is super important to align expectations and find the right fit for you. Heel fijn aankoopproces gehad met Luna van Mokum Makelaardij (en op sommige momenten ook heel prettig contact gehad met Jochem en Danique). Ik had verwacht dat ik een half jaar of langer bezig zou zijn, maar het was in een maand geregeld en gedaan (zonder te compenseren in m’n wensen of budget). De communicatie was heel prettig en snel en laagdrempelig. Bedankt Mokum!

Jochem en zijn team zijn briljant. Ze staan altijd voor je klaar en blijven geduldig, ook als je als nieuwe koper geen idee hebt wat er op je af komt en daarover stresst. 10/10 would recommend.

Super fijn geholpen door Jochem, we kwamen op zeer korte termijn bij hem aankloppen maar hij ging gelijk voor ons aan de slag.

Snelle en kundige hulp dat resulteert in een nieuwe plekje binnen een maand, wat wil een klant nog meer? ;)
