Eric heeft ons erg snel en deskundig geholpen bij de aankoop van ons huis. We kwamen vrijdagmiddag na een bezichtiging op gesprek bij hem, en gedurende het weekend nog contact gehad zodat we maandagmiddag al een bod konden uitbrengen. Nadat het bod geaccepteerd was heeft Eric ons ook goed geholpen met de bouwkundige keuring en alle andere stappen die nog doorlopen moesten worden!

Furthermore, it was very pleasant he did not push for higher prices - quite the contrary - and he genuinely cared that we got the best value for our buy. Finally, it does help that he was pleasant to interact with, and he did often have to wait a bit longer than expected for our replies. All in all a great experience, fully recommended!
