I would recommend this agent.
I was satisfied with the service I received. We were quite self-sufficient and didn't need a lot of hand holding...so the fit for us was good. She was responsive and explained the market and what she thought was appropriate as far as listing timeline and price...but was also flexible and allowed us to make the final decision about the listing. I wasn't 100% happy with photos (they seemed a bit overexposed, but she did have the photographer do their best to improve them. When I met with her staging company referral and found out she would be doing things like bringing in blow up beds, I told her this was not appropriate for the type of staging we needed to do to warrant our high list price. I wasn't pleased to receive a bill for the consultation afterwards. This should have been explained beforehand.

That balance is important to me. I am sorry to read that you were not fully satisfied with the photos. We did our best to improve them after your feedback, but I understand that first impressions matter. Regarding the staging consultation, I would like to clarify that this is not my own staging company, but an external company I regularly work with. I was genuinely not aware that they would send you an invoice for the consultation. It is indeed not appropriate for a bill to be sent without this being clearly communicated beforehand, either to you or to me. I fully understand that this was unexpected and therefore frustrating.
