We had a long journey to buy our first house, initially searching in 2021 but taking a break due to an intense market and then restarting this year and finally finding our home. We had the pleasure to work with Wietse and Petra on both occasions and could not be happier and more appreciative of their expertise, patience and guidance. Petra is an unstoppable force organising everything with speed and flexibility which was really helpful for us with two young children, whilst Wietse provided invaluable insight and sound consideration to make sure we were really going for what was right. We hebben verschillende woningen bekeken, waarbij Wietse ook adviseerde af te zien van een woning omdat deze bijvoorbeeld niet uit te bouwen was. Toen we een geschikte woning hadden bezichtigd heeft Wietse de onderhandelingen gedaan en zijn we snel tot overeenstemming gekomen.
