Fijn dat Jos nog even tijd heeft gevonden om het huis waar we interesse in hadden te bezichtigen. Zodoende wisten we allemaal waar we het over hadden en dat is prettig. Ook bij de onderhandeling was het prettig dat Jos even thuis langskwam voor een goede uitleg t.a.v. ons bod. Het is gelukt! Heel fijn, want we zijn heel blij met onze aankoop.

Zijn heel goed geholpen, fijne communicatie. Hebben erg lang naar een woning gezocht en sinds we Overduyn hebben ingeschakeld vrij snel een huis gevonden die we hebben kunnen kopen. Helemaal top.
