Rutger and Arman were the best during this process! We were looking to buy a house for months before we met with Arman (we bid on two houses with no success) and we had little time to find and buy a house, since our rental contract ended within 5 months. We hired them to be our purchase agents and within 2 weeks we were already bidding on the house we now bought. They were on top of things, explaining everything clearly, coming with us to every visit and looking at every detail of the house. Their presence really made a difference during this process, since they knew all the intricacies that we didn’t know of, and we felt really at ease knowing that we would buy a good house with their help. I couldn’t recommend them enough. With this market, doing things on your own is tough.
