We had a fantastic experience working with Arjen and his team at Ridderhuizen for the sale of our home. From start to finish, Arjen was incredibly professional, patient, and supportive. What truly stood out was his excellent communication. He kept us informed at every step of the process, always taking the time to clearly explain what was happening, what to expect next, and answering all of our questions with care and clarity. One thing that made a huge difference for us was that Arjen speaks both Dutch and English fluently. This made the entire experience much smoother and more comfortable, especially when navigating more complex parts of the process, as one of us does not speak Dutch. His expertise, transparency, and calm approach gave us a lot of confidence throughout what can otherwise be a stressful experience. We always felt that we were in good hands and that he genuinely had our best interests at heart. The team around him was also fantastic, efficient, responsive, and professional, which made the whole journey seamless from beginning to end. We are truly grateful for all the support and would highly recommend Arjen and Ridderhuizen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Vanaf het maken van een afspraak voor de verkoop van onze woning is het contact heel goed. Duidelijke uitleg over de procedure, eerlijk en goed advies. Zeer sympathieke makelaardij, goed bekend met de lokale markt. Houdt goed contact met de partijen. Bij prijs onderhandelingen worden de belangen van beide partijen in t oog gehouden. Tevens goede contacten met lokale instanties , notarissen en verenigingen van huiseigenaren.
