This is the second time we used Work Makelaar as our purchasing agent and thanks to Wil we managed to buy the exact home we wanted. He responds quickly and is easily accessible, thinks proactively, explains well which steps are being taken and goes with all once we decided on a house. He is very good at negotiations that in the end helped us a lot during purchasing. Long story short, he is highly recommended.
