Hebben goed netwerk in Utrecht. Enige minpuntje is dat ze structureel 5 a 10 minuten te laat zijn bij bezichtigingen - maar als je dat van te voren weet is er niets aan de hand. Long story: Like many renters last month I got the message that my rent is over, and I had to find a new home. Since the market is overheated and is not going to get any better, I decided to buy a house and started looking for who the best realtor's in the Utrecht area are. Lo and behold: Van Doorn Makelaars. The communication and advice by the team was friendly, clear and quick. In short: top-notch. Directly at the intake expectations were set about what was realistic for my challenging bachelor budget (way more was possible than I expected). And during the search itself there was always extra care to make sure I did not fall in love with a house where the chance was big I would not be able to get the house. During the viewing Sebastiaan and Bert Jan really showed all the expertise you could wish for in realtors. Not only finding demerits I would not have thought of (and they were on point each time!) and asking the hard but important questions to the seller. But both Sebastiaan and Bert Jan also helped think of the possibilities how to make each house my home and giving really sound advise on the bidding strategy.
