During the sales process, we thoroughly discussed that the market situation for apartments, partly due to government regulations which have led to an increase in housing supply – could negatively impact both the pricing and the time to sell. At that time, the asking price was set based on historical transaction data, as the market was still in a stable condition. We mentioned the market cooling several times and, despite our efforts, we did not foresee such a rapid shift. We understand that these developments are disappointing to you and regret that the final outcome did not meet your and our expectations.
