During the sales process, we thoroughly discussed that the market situation for apartments, partly due to government regulations which have led to an increase in housing supply – could negatively impact both the pricing and the time to sell. At that time, the asking price was set based on historical transaction data, as the market was still in a stable condition. We mentioned the market cooling several times and, despite our efforts, we did not foresee such a rapid shift.
We understand that these developments are disappointing to you and regret that the final outcome did not meet your and our expectations. We always strive to inform and advise our clients as best as we can, even in a dynamic market.
