Laura and Iris helped us with the process of buying our apartment in Amsterdam West in 2025. My partner and I are new to the Netherlands and didn't really know where to start the process. They explained all the steps quite clearly and really helped with their insight into the market. We ended up finding a place in the neighborhood we were most interested in in less than 3 months. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place in Amsterdam who feels like they need a helping hand in the process or just wants to save a bit of time!

I had a fantastic experience working with Laura and Iris. Having two agents assigned to me was really important for me since there was always someone available for viewings and questions. They also responded to my WhatsApp messages incredibly quickly—usually within an hour, often within minutes. They were able to advise about neighborhoods, legislation and knew what to ask during the viewings and what to pay attention to (for example tips I would not think of during the viewing such as "it is a top floor with straight roof, expect it to be really hot in summer"). They were very quick in scheduling viewings and communicated very well with the selling agents, so I always knew what the current situation was (can we take time to think, do we need to consider an offer, for how much approximately). The whole process, from the start of viewings to signing the contract, took less than two months, partly thanks to their quick response times and scheduling of services through their network (technical inspector, notary etc.). What really stood out was how stress-free they made the whole experience for me. Literally the only thing I had to do myself was to show up for viewings and say if I like the apartment. One thing that really impressed me and is worth giving them credit for was how they acted in my interest. At one point they advised me not to overbid hastily and to offer the asking price instead, even though they knew my budget allowed for overbidding. It showed me they really cared about the best deal for me, not just for a quick deal for themselves. In the end, thanks to their advice, I ended up paying significantly less than what I was willing to offer.
