Kelly en Laura waren altijd goed bereikbaar, keken altijd mee naar nieuwe woningen om te bezichtigen en wisten precies waar we op moesten letten. Ze hadden onze wensen heel scherp, zijn snel en assertief als er actie ondernomen moest worden en hebben ons ontzorgd in het gehele aankoopproces.
